This Terms of Service (hereinafter, ” these Terms “) sets forth the conditions for the use of the airport transfer service “Tokyo Airport Hire” (hereinafter, ” this Service “) operated by Global Hire Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, ” the Company “). Customers (hereinafter, ” Customers “) who use this Service are requested to carefully read these Terms and agree to their contents before starting to use this Service.

Article 1 (Application of These Terms)

  1. These Terms shall apply to all aspects of the provision and use of this Service by Customers.
  2. The Company may change these Terms without obtaining prior consent from Customers. In such cases, the terms of use for this Service shall be governed by the revised terms. The revised terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the Company‘s website.

Article 2 (Content of This Service)

  1. This Service is a chauffeur-driven transfer service between a location designated by the Customer and the airport.
  2. This Service includes the following:
    • Arrangement of vehicles through advance booking
    • Safe driving by experienced drivers
    • Selection of the optimal route based on traffic conditions
    • Waiting service according to the Customer‘s request (may incur additional charges)

Article 3 (Regarding Reservations)

  1. Prior reservation is required to use this Service. Reservations are accepted via the Company‘s website, phone, or other methods separately designated by the Company.
  2. The following information will be provided during reservation:
    • Customer‘s name, contact information (phone number, email address)
    • Date and time of use
    • Departure point, destination
    • Number of passengers, amount of luggage
    • Other information necessary for the transfer
  3. A reservation shall be confirmed when the Company sends a reservation confirmation notice to the Customer.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The usage fees for this Service shall be based on a separately determined fee schedule.
  2. Fees vary depending on the travel distance, time of day, vehicle type, and optional services.
  3. Payment shall be made by credit card at the time of reservation or by other methods separately designated by the Company.
  4. Additional charges incurred after reservation confirmation (e.g., toll fees, airport facility usage fees, waiting fees) may be billed separately.

Article 5 (Changes and Cancellations of Reservations)

  1. Please contact us regarding changes and cancellations of reservations by the deadline separately stipulated by the Company.
  2. Changes and cancellations made after the deadline, or same-day cancellations due to the Customer‘s circumstances, may incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be based on a separately determined cancellation policy.
  3. Please note that even if a flight is canceled or delayed due to the Customer‘s circumstances, the Company‘s prescribed cancellation fees may apply.

Article 6 (Customer’s Obligations)

  1. Customers shall follow the Company‘s instructions and cooperate for safe and smooth operation.
  2. Customers shall not smoke or drink in the vehicle, engage in any acts that violate laws and regulations, or cause inconvenience to other passengers or the driver.
  3. If the Customer damages the vehicle or the Company‘s equipment due to their negligence, the Customer shall compensate for such damages.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of the Company)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Customers due to delays or cancellations of services caused by weather, traffic conditions, disasters, or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for the loss or damage of the Customer‘s luggage, except in cases of the Company‘s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Customer‘s violation of these Terms.
  4. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages incurred by Customers in connection with this Service, regardless of foreseeability.

Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company will appropriately handle personal information acquired from Customers in accordance with the Company‘s privacy policy.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)

  1. The governing law for these Terms shall be Japanese law.
  2. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction for all disputes related to this Service and these Terms.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be resolved through good faith discussions between the Customer and the Company in accordance with laws and regulations or general customs.
