terms of service
This Terms of Service (hereinafter, “these Terms”) stipulates the conditions for using the airport transfer service “Tokyo Airport Hire” (hereinafter, “the Service”) operated by G.K. Trust Cycle (hereinafter, “the Company”). Customers who use the Service (hereinafter, “Customers”) are requested to read these Terms carefully and agree to their contents before beginning to use the Service. Article 1 (Application of These Terms)
  1. These Terms shall apply to all aspects of the provision of the Service and its use by Customers.
  2. The Company may change these Terms without obtaining prior consent from the Customers. In such cases, the terms of use for the Service shall be governed by the revised terms. The revised terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Company’s website.
Article 2 (Content of the Service)
  1. The Service is a service that provides hire car transfers between a location specified by the Customer and the airport.
  2. The Service includes the following:
    • Arrangement of a vehicle through advance reservation
    • Safe driving by an experienced driver
    • Selection of the optimal route based on traffic conditions
    • Waiting service upon the Customer’s request (an additional fee may be charged)
Article 3 (Regarding Reservations)
  1. Advance reservation is required to use the Service. Reservations are accepted via the Company’s website, phone, or other methods separately designated by the Company.
  2. The following information must be provided when making a reservation:
    • Customer’s name and contact information (phone number, email address)
    • Date and time of use
    • Departure and destination points
    • Number of passengers and amount of luggage
    • Other information necessary for the transfer
  3. A reservation is confirmed when the Company sends a reservation confirmation notice to the Customer.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
  1. The usage fees for the Service are based on a separately determined fee schedule.
  2. Fees vary depending on the travel distance, time of day, vehicle type, and optional services.
  3. Payment shall be made by credit card at the time of reservation or by a method separately designated by the Company.
  4. Additional fees incurred after the reservation is confirmed (e.g., toll fees, airport facility usage fees, waiting fees, etc.) may be charged separately.
Article 5 (Reservation Changes and Cancellations)
  1. For changes or cancellations of a reservation, please contact us by the deadline separately determined by the Company.
  2. A cancellation fee may be charged for changes or cancellations made after the deadline, or for same-day cancellations due to the Customer’s convenience. The cancellation fee shall be governed by a separately determined cancellation policy.
  3. Please note that even if a flight is canceled or delayed due to the Customer’s circumstances, a cancellation fee according to the Company’s regulations may be charged.
Article 6 (Customer’s Obligations)
  1. Customers shall cooperate with the Company’s instructions for safe and smooth operation.
  2. Customers shall not smoke, drink alcohol, engage in other illegal acts, or cause annoyance to other passengers or the driver inside the vehicle.
  3. If a Customer damages the vehicle or the Company’s equipment due to their negligence, the Customer shall compensate for the damage.
Article 7 (Disclaimer of Liability)
  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer due to delays or cancellation of operations caused by weather, traffic conditions, disasters, or other force majeure events.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for the loss or damage of Customer’s luggage, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by the Customer’s violation of these Terms.
  4. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or derivative damages incurred by the Customer in relation to the Service, regardless of foreseeability.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information) The Company will handle personal information obtained from Customers appropriately, based on the Company’s privacy policy. Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
  1. The governing law for these Terms shall be Japanese law.
  2. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance with jurisdiction over all disputes related to the Service and these Terms.
Article 10 (Miscellaneous) Any matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith discussions between the Customer and the Company, in accordance with laws or general customs.
